💪A full-body workout (20 min + cooldown)! We will be doing a 20-minute full body workout led by Molly of Equip Studios, followed by a 10-minute cooldown with GOATS involved led by Sunshine Linings Studios. Registration is $30 and the workout will be from 2:30-3:15. Bring your kids and hubbies - they can shop and enjoy some snacks while you get your workout in!
📸 Add a photo mini session to capture the day. Sarah of Equip Studios (also a professional photographer) will be offering mini sessions. For $15 you can get some fun updated family pics! After the event, you’'ll receive 5 digital photos. We will schedule a 10-minute time slot after!

This event is designed to be a space where you can move your body, connect with others, and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming environment for the whole family. Come anytime and stay as long as you’d like.
Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be able to shop a variety of local vendors, enjoy fresh smoothies, browse a pop-up bookstore, and spend time with farm animals.
